Return Policy

Thanks for purchasing our products!

While we aim for 100% satisfaction, we realize that sometimes accommodations may need to be made. Below you will find our return/exchange policy for each specific product we sell. 

• Perishable items:

The return of perishable items such as, but not limited to packaged food, beverages, and/or energy supplements are ONLY available for exchange of another item of equal or lesser value. The exchange of perishable items must take place within 7 calendar days of receipt. Perishable items must be in the original sealed package in order for an exchange to be accepted. Customer must show proof of purchase via original receipt. 

• Apparel and Accessory Merchandise:

The return of apparel and/or accessory merchandise such as, but not limited to clothing, hats, gaming equipment, and/or all other Gr8r Gaming branded merchandise are ONLY available for exchange of another item of equal or lesser value. The exchange of apparel and accessory merchandise must take place within 30 calendar days of receipt. Merchandise must be unworn and in original condition for an exchange to take place. Customers must show proof of purchase via original receipt. 

• Defective Items:

Any item that is returned and deemed defective is subject for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Gr8r Gaming reserves the right to inspect each item and evaluate the authenticity of the damaged item. If Gr8r Gaming concludes that in fact the item is defective, a full refund or exchange will be processed. In order to process a refund, the customer must have a the original receipt, method of original payment, and a valid I.D.
