Party Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation within 5 days of the original transaction will be able to receive a full refund on their deposit.
Cancelling after the first 5 days of your transaction is subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
No Refunds will be issued for deposits if the cancellation occurs within the final 48 hours leading up to the party's booked date.
Rescheduling a party is not subject to any fees. However, Gr8r Gaming is not responsible for providing a different (more adequate) day for the party. If there is no date available that fits your needs, and you choose to cancel, the normal cancellation fees will apply.
